Welcome to Cupcakes by D’signz! By using our website, placing an order, or participating in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Ordering & Payment
Orders must be placed in advance via our website, phone, or in person.
Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise arranged.
We accept Credit Cards - PayPay, Stripe and Zelle..
2. Custom Orders
Custom designs require a minimum of 2 weeks.
We reserve the right to make design adjustments based on ingredient availability or artistic discretion.
3. Allergen Notice
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts.
We do not offer gluten-free items due to cross-contamination risks.
Please contact us with any allergy concerns before ordering.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 72 before pickup or delivery.
Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No refunds for missed pickups or dissatisfaction based on taste preferences.
5. Pickup & Delivery
Please arrive on time for pickups to ensure freshness.
Delivery is available within 25 miles and will include a fee.
We are not responsible for damage after pickup or delivery.
6. Seasonal Promotions
Promotions are valid only during the specified dates and while supplies last.
Discounts and offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
7. Classes & Parties
Reservations for decorating classes or private parties must be made in advance.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your date.
Final headcounts and payments are due 7 days before the event.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including photos, logos, and designs, is the property of Cupcakes by D’signz and may not be used without permission.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal information is used solely to fulfil your order and will not be shared.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
